1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup Spenda Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup low-fat yogart
1 cup ripe bananas, smashed
1 3/4 cup unbleached flour (wheat)
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
dash or two of ground ginger powder

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Smash bananas, add oil, eggs, yogart, and sugar. Blend in flour, soda, salt and spices. Pour into a 9×9 glass baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam, and bake until tester comes out clean.
